Cops <\/a>are probing the attack on the property in the Barlanark area<\/a> of Glasgow in the early hours of Thursday morning.<\/p>\n The incident is being treated as deliberate.<\/p>\n Emergency crews<\/a> were called to the scene after flames <\/a>spread from the vehicle to the front door of the end terrace house.<\/p>\n A neighbour explained how a petrol bomb was thrown at the vehicle.(Image: Supplied)<\/p>\n It\u2019s understood the house targeted is linked to the relative of Lyons gang foot soldiers<\/a> who cannot be named for legal reasons.<\/p>\n The same property<\/a> was targeted in February when a vehicle was rammed into the side of the building.<\/p>\n A source told the Record the incident was revenge for a firebomb attack<\/a> on a business linked to mob boss Mark Richardson’s pal in Edinburgh this week.<\/p>\n A detective beside the vehicle used to ram the house. (Image: Daily Record)<\/p>\n They said: “This is clearly revenge for the attack in Edinburgh on Tuesday.<\/p>\n “The Daniel and Richardson mobs are hitting back this year and this is the second time this house has been targeted.<\/p>\n “They weren’t just going to sit back forever and accept this happening.”The guys they are after are high ranking members of the TMJ mob and have been affiliated to the Lyons family for longer.”<\/p>\n Pictures taken last night show a white Nissan Juke<\/a> ablaze outside the home. (Image: Supplied)<\/p>\n Scorch marks<\/a> can be seen on the brickwork above the window this morning.<\/p>\n Police have taped off the property and sealed off<\/a> the entrance to the street.<\/p>\n A neighbour told the Record two men had parked up on a nearby street an hour before the attack.<\/a><\/p>\n They said: “A vehicle parked up in the street behind here about an hour before the car was driven into the house.<\/p>\n “Two guys got out and were mulling about the area for ages but they weren’t exactly being discreet, I even heard one say to the other ‘have you got the petrol.’<\/p>\n Mark Richardson(Image: Police Scotland)<\/p>\n “Then all of a sudden we heard an almighty bang from the car being driven into the property.<\/p>\n “They threw a petrol bomb inside the vehicle and ran away into a lane and got back into the car they had arrived here in.”<\/p>\n Earlier this week kingpin Ross McGill’s Tamo Junto<\/a> (TMJ) thugs launched a firebomb attack on Edinburgh business linked to mob boss Mark Richardson’s pal.<\/p>\n The Garage Conversion Company on The Wisp<\/a> was torched in the early hours of Tuesday morning. (Image: REACH PLC)<\/p>\n Welsh is listed on Companies House as holding directorship in 10 firms across Edinburgh<\/a> and East Lothian.<\/p>\n McMillan Snr, 55, has previously been targeted at his plush home in Pitcairn Grove <\/a>in the capital a number of times in incidents linked to Scotland’s gang war.<\/p>\n McGill, 32, launched a gang war in Scotland last year after blaming Richardson’s crew for paying for a \u00a3500,000 consignment of cocaine<\/a> using fake bank notes.<\/p>\n His pal David McMillan<\/a> was targeted at his home at Pitcairn Grove on April 17 last year when two masked thugs torched his front door while children were sleeping inside.<\/p>\n He was targeted again weeks later when his Land Rover was firebombed<\/a> on his driveway on May 7.<\/p>\n Ross McGill launched the gang war last year.<\/p>\n McMillan was left with a serious injuries<\/a> when a gang of three men wearing balaclavas turned up outside his home and attacked him with machetes on May 22.<\/p>\n McGill’s TMJ crew<\/a> also targeted the Daniel crime clan in Glasgow due to their association with Richardson.<\/p>\n High-ranking members of the family, including Steven ‘Bonzo’ Daniel, 46, <\/a>and Norman ‘Snudge’ Daniel, 73, had their home torched.<\/p>\n The Lyons mob helped McGill by supplying him with information on targets within the Daniel family.<\/a><\/p>\n Last month a skip lorry was ploughed <\/a>into the Edinburgh home of a teenage gangster<\/a> blamed for sparking Scotland’s drug war.<\/a><\/p>\n The 19-year-old (left) blamed for starting the gang war. (Image: Collect)<\/p>\n A Police Scotland spokesperson for the force said: \u201cAround 12.40am on Thursday, 18 June, 2026, we were made aware of a vehicle fire which had spread to a property on Garvel Crescent in Glasgow.<\/p>\n \u201cEmergency services attended, the fire was extinguished and there were no reports of injuries.
