The data provides an insight into homeowners looking to prioritise speed and certainty over a traditional sales process.

Three-bedroom properties represented 47.5% of all quick-sale activity, making them the most common property type. Four-bedroom homes accounted for 19.8%, while properties with five bedrooms or more made up a further 5.2%. Overall, 72.5% of homes involved in the quick-sale process had three bedrooms or more.

Two-bedroom homes also accounted for a significant proportion of activity, representing 26.4% of properties tracked by the company throughout the year.

Regionally, the East Midlands recorded the highest share of quick-sale activity at 15.6%, followed by the West Midlands at 13.8%. The South West ranked third with 12.8%, ahead of the South East (11.8%), Yorkshire and Humber (11.3%) and the North West (10.6%).

Chris Hodgkinson, managing director at House Buyer Bureau, said: “There’s often a misconception that quick-sale companies are only used as a last resort when a property is struggling to sell, but the reality is that homeowners come to us for a wide variety of reasons.

Predict & Win – World Cup 2026

Goal for more this summer.

Predict results, pick the winners and enter Spot the Ball for your chance to win a Sonos home cinema system worth more than £2,000, courtesy of Hampshire Trust Bank.

“In many cases, the priority isn’t simply finding a buyer, it’s achieving a sale within a specific timeframe and with a high degree of certainty. Whether someone is dealing with probate, relocating for work, separating from a partner, exiting a buy-to-let investment, or has already experienced a sale falling through, speed and reliability can be just as important as price.

“What’s particularly interesting about this data is the diversity of the properties involved. From two-bedroom homes through to larger family houses, it demonstrates that the need for a straightforward and dependable route to sale can affect homeowners across every corner of the market.

“While market conditions have improved in some areas, the buying and selling process remains lengthy and unpredictable for many. As a result, we expect demand for quick-sale solutions to remain strong as homeowners continue to place a premium on certainty and convenience.”

The East and West Midlands have emerged as Britain’s leading quick-sale property markets, according to new analysis from…

[2
13,5481,7341,32060,563,1188,21731
post-69327","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-britain","tag-britain","tag-buy-to-let","tag-estate-agents","tag-house-buyer-bureau","tag-house-prices","tag-research","tag-residential-mortgages
["GET
