{"id":71359,"date":"2026-06-26T23:26:24","date_gmt":"2026-06-26T23:26:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/britain\/71359\/"},"modified":"2026-06-26T23:26:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T23:26:24","slug":"kneecap-open-exclusive-pop-up-merch-shop-in-london-ahead-of-huge-crystal-palace-park-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/britain\/71359\/","title":{"rendered":"Kneecap open exclusive pop-up merch shop in London ahead of huge Crystal Palace Park show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/kneecap\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kneecap<\/a> have launched a pop-up merch shop ahead of their huge show at Crystal Palace Park tomorrow (Saturday June 27).<\/p>\n<p>The band are set to play <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/kneecap-announce-biggest-headline-show-to-date-at-londons-crystal-palace-park-gig-with-the-mary-wallopers-fat-dog-and-more-3911652\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">their biggest headline gig to date <\/a>in the capital with special guests <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/the-mary-wallopers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Mary Wallopers<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/fat-dog\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fat Dog<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/biig-piig\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Biig Piig<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/gurriers\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gurriers<\/a>\u00a0and Madra Salach.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of the show, the trio have opened a merch store in the South London area until 8pm BST tonight (Friday June 26), and from 10am to 6pm BST tomorrow.<\/p>\n<p>Kneecap fans will be able to get their hands on a limited edition gig print signed by designer Raissa Pardini, a new logo cap, hoodies, T-shirts and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/kneecap-glastonbury-2025-rod-stewart-keir-starmer-palestine-glastonbury-2025-3873839\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a signed setlist from<\/a> their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/glastonbury-2025\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Glastonbury 2025<\/a> performance.<\/p>\n<p>Also on offer are signed seven-inch singles of \u2018Better Way To Live\u2019 featuring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/fontaines-d-c\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fontaine D.C.<\/a> frontman <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/grian-chatten\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Grian Chatten<\/a> and their collaboration with DJ and producer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/sub-focus\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sub Focus<\/a>, \u2018No Comment\u2019.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">All London heads.<\/p>\n<p>Tomorrow (Friday) and Saturday we will have our first ever physical pop up store. This is one we can\u2019t wait for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Following their big gig in the capital, the trio will perform at various European and UK summer festivals, including Roskilde, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/the-cure-announced-as-first-headliner-for-rock-werchter-2026-3897663\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Rock Werchter<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/kneecap-scissor-sisters-madness-skrillex-lead-massive-boomtown-2026-line-up-buy-tickets-3902979\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Boomtown<\/a>. Kneecap will play at Cork\u2019s Live At The Marquee in July, too.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/kneecap-react-to-keir-starmers-resignation-3952439\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the trio reacted to Keir Starmer resigning as UK Prime Minister and leader of the Labour Party<\/a>. The PM had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/kneecap-respond-as-keir-starmer-and-kemi-badenoch-call-for-glastonbury-ban-you-know-whats-not-appropriate-keir-arming-a-fucking-genocide-3871702\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">pushed to have the group kicked off the Glastonbury 2025 line-up<\/a>, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/kneecap-respond-as-keir-starmer-and-kemi-badenoch-call-for-glastonbury-ban-you-know-whats-not-appropriate-keir-arming-a-fucking-genocide-3871702\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kneecap hitting out at him for \u201carming a fucking genocide\u201d<\/a> in Gaza.<\/p>\n<p>They also condemned Starmer on the \u2018Fenian\u2019 single <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/kneecap-come-back-swinging-on-brutal-new-single-liars-tale-starmer-is-a-scumbag-dont-accept-it-3926071\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u2018Liar\u2019s Tale\u2019, calling him a \u201cscumbag\u201d<\/a>\u00a0for his involvement in helping to arm Israel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/features\/music-interviews\/kneecap-interview-fenian-new-album-palestine-court-case-3943509\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">During a recent interview with NME<\/a>, Kneecap were asked why they thought politicians were so obsessed with artists saying things, rather than the origins of what they speak out about.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s that need for sensationalism,\u201d M\u00f3gla\u00ed Bap replied. \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/kneecap-respond-as-keir-starmer-and-kemi-badenoch-call-for-glastonbury-ban-you-know-whats-not-appropriate-keir-arming-a-fucking-genocide-3871702\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Keir Starmer giving an interview about us playing Glastonbury<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0The Sun? Why would he do that? That\u2019s weird.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe gets to pretend to be outraged about something that doesn\u2019t really have an impact or any repercussions for him, but it makes him look good. We have this dysfunctional symbiotic relationship with politicians.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/reviews\/album\/kneecap-fenian-album-review-3943063\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">a four-and-a-half-star review of \u2018Fenian\u2019<\/a>, NME described the album as \u201ca spraypainted brick wall of consistency, amplifying the adventure of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/the-prodigy\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Prodigy<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/burial\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Burial<\/a>, seamlessly but tastefully hopping genres while keeping the vibe up to retain\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/reviews\/live\/kneecap-wembley-arena-london-live-review-photos-setlist-3893765\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Kneecap\u2019s knack for having a good time to illuminate the hard times<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>It added: \u201cPut all the rage-bait headlines aside and what you\u2019re left with is a solid, progressive and fearless album from a group that could just as easily be dicking around instead of making music that matters.
