At the end of 2025, Evelyn<br \/>\nPartners had \u00a369 billion of Assets Under Management and<br \/>\nAdministration (&#8220;AUMA&#8221;) which, combined with NatWest Group&#8217;s<br \/>\n\u00a359 billion at that date, would have brought total AUMA to<br \/>\n\u00a3127 billion and total Customer Assets and Liabilities (&#8220;CAL&#8221;)<br \/>\nto \u00a3188 billion, or c.20% of Group CAL.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It transforms NatWest Group&#8217;s financial planning and investment<br \/>\nmanagement capabilities and accelerates the Group&#8217;s strategy,<br \/>\nincreasing fee income by c.20% pre-revenue synergies, and boosting<br \/>\nexposure to the structurally higher growth UK wealth market,<br \/>\ndriving higher returns.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on the completion of the acquisition, NatWest Group CEO,<br \/>\nPaul Thwaite, said<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Today marks an important step as we bring together two leading<br \/>\nbusinesses and accelerate the delivery of our strategy, at a time<br \/>\nwhen the benefits of saving and investing are increasingly part of<br \/>\nthe national conversation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is a unique opportunity for the Group,\u00a0delivering<br \/>\nunmatched scale and capabilities in a market with considerable<br \/>\ngrowth potential. The Group also expects to<br \/>\ndeliver significant revenue synergies by combining Evelyn Partners&#8217;<br \/>\nfinancial planning and investment management capabilities,<br \/>\nincluding the Bestinvest platform, with NatWest Group&#8217;s banking,<br \/>\nsavings and wealth management services. The transaction is expected<br \/>\nto be accretive to NatWest Group&#8217;s growth and Return on Tangible<br \/>\nEquity in the first year of ownership.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As the integration progresses, the Group is committed to ensuring a<br \/>\nseamless experience for customers and clients of the combined<br \/>\nbusiness, enabling access to a wider range of products, services<br \/>\nand channels. There are no immediate changes to the service<br \/>\ncustomers and clients receive, and no action is required.
