<\/p>\nThe Metropolitan Police has stepped up patrols in response to several incidents in the local area<\/p>\n

Police are investigating a stabbing in a Harrow<\/a> park that left three people in hospital last night (July 1).<\/p>\n The emergency services attended Byron Recreation Ground, in Wealdstone, at around 9.05pm following reports of an altercation involving a large group.<\/p>\n Paramedics treated two men in their 20s and a teenage boy at the scene before taking them for further medical treatment. Their injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing, the Metropolitan Police<\/a> confirmed.<\/p>\n “Officers are aware of several incidents in the local area and continue to investigate the circumstances,” the force said in a statement this afternoon, “We recognise the concern from local people and officers are carrying out additional patrols.”<\/p>\n No arrests have been made in connection at this stage and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing. A cordon was established around the park whilst investigators collected evidence, with tape sealing off several entrances.<\/p>\n The stabbing happened two hours before a separate incident in Colindale left a man in his 20s with potentially life changing injuries<\/a>. The victim was knifed in front of a row of houses on Booth Road and rushed to a major trauma centre.<\/p>\n Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101, quoting CAD 8341\/01JUL26.<\/p>\n
