Another 97 vehicles remain on order.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Designed for harsh winter conditions, the CATV offers high mobility to support cold-weather operations and training. Military personnel will also receive operator and maintenance training to facilitate its integration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BAE Systems\u2019 unarmored Beowulf <a href=\"https:\/\/thedefensepost.com\/2022\/08\/24\/bae-us-army-cold-weather-vehicle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">secured the CATV contract in 2022<\/a>, beating Oshkosh Defense and ST Engineering\u2019s Bronco 3.
