<\/p>\nTemperatures look set to climb over the next week \u2013 which is some good news after a washout weekend in Glasgow.<\/p>\n

Scotland may be known for its weather<\/a> ups and downs, but this summer has been a rollercoaster so far. The weekend has brought wind and rain, and plenty of it, to Glasgow<\/a> \u2013 but the forecast does look set to change soon.<\/p>\n A huge band of rain sweeping the whole of Scotland means that Sunday\u2019s (July 5) forecast is a little bit bleak. The Met Office reads: \u201cAnother cloudy and dull day with outbreaks of rain and drizzle throughout, which may be heavy and persistent at times. Breezy. Maximum temperature 17\u00b0C.\u201d<\/p>\n But as of next week, things look a little brighter – in fact, we\u2019re on our way back to days above 20 degrees and the sun peeking through.
