A man has been charged with three counts of murder following the deaths of his wife and two daughters in Bedfordshire.<\/p>\n

Ndodana Mkhanyisi Tshuma, 45, was arrested in Kensington, Johannesburg, on Friday. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) later confirmed it had authorised three charges of murder <\/a>against him.<\/p>\n

Nothabo Zandile Tshuma, 42, known as Zandile, and daughters Natalie, 15, and Nala, five, were found dead at a house in Carnoustie Drive, Great Denham, near Bedford on Monday.<\/p>\n

Bedfordshire Police <\/a>said Tshuma has been remanded into custody and work is now under way to return him to the UK.<\/p>\n

Tshuma, a British citizen of Zimbabwean heritage who goes by Mark, was traced and arrested \u201cthrough swift operational coordination and intelligence-led policing\u201d, the South African Police Service said.<\/p>\n

The force said the 45-year-old is due to appear in court <\/a>on Monday.<\/p>\n

Detective Inspector Lee Martin, senior investigating officer at Bedfordshire Police, said: \u201cThis has been a fast-moving investigation which has involved multiple law enforcement partners, including the National Crime Agency, Interpol and authorities in both Zimbabwe and South Africa.<\/p>\n
