One man has died and several others have been injured in three separate stabbing incidents across south London.<\/p>\n
The incidents took place in Peckham, Erith and Bromley, all occurring in the early hours or late evening on Monday, April 6.<\/p>\n
In Peckham<\/a>, a man who died after being stabbed outside a nightclub in the early hours of Monday, April 6 has been named as 26-year-old Aurelio Mejia.<\/p>\n Mr Mejia was among three people found injured outside LAXA Lounge on Ruby Street at around 3.50am.<\/p>\n Detective chief inspector Neil John, who is leading the Metropolitan Police\u2019s investigation, said: “This is a deeply tragic incident, and our thoughts are with the victim\u2019s family during this difficult time.<\/p>\n READ MORE:<\/p>\n From the scene (Image: NQ Staff)<\/p>\n “We have already arrested four men and our investigation continues at pace.<\/p>\n “We are aware of the concern that this will cause the local community and those in the area will notice an increased police presence throughout the day.<\/p>\n Mr Mejia was pronounced dead shortly after.<\/p>\n Two other men in their 20s remain in hospital in a life-threatening condition.<\/p>\n Four men, one aged 18 and three aged 24, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in custody.<\/p>\n
