National Grid confirms that an application has been made to the
\nFinancial Conduct Authority for ordinary shares to be admitted to
\nthe Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for 50,862,899
\nordinary shares to be admitted to trading, in relation to the
\noperation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme for the 2025\/26 final
\ndividend, payable on 23 July 2026.\u00a0 Dealings are expected to
\ncommence on 23 July 2026, and the shares will rank pari passu with
\nthe existing issued ordinary shares of the
\nCompany.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In accordance with the terms of the Scrip Dividend Scheme,
\n49,766,614 ordinary shares are to be issued at a price of 1,197.70
