Zarina Nasib has returned to the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) as\u00a0director of sustainable research and analytics<\/a> for its FTSE Russell arm. She previously spent six years at the index provider, leaving her position as FTSE\u2019s head of sustainable investment fixed income in 2023 to join the sustainable index product team at Bloomberg. She said LSEG is \u201cwell-positioned for the AI transformation our whole industry is about to undergo\u201d, in a post on LinkedIn announcing the move.<\/p>\n Nosheen Malik has been tapped to head up Bloomberg\u2019s EU ESG ratings business<\/a> as CEO of Bloomberg Scores Europe, based in Dublin. Malik was previously head of sustainability, risk and regulation at Artemis Investment Management, a role she held for three years.<\/p>\n Bella Landymore will leave the Impact Investing Institute at the end of the year.<\/a> She co-founded the body in 2019 and has been co-CEO since 2024. Landymore contributed to the design of the UK\u2019s first green government bond role and was part of the government\u2019s Social Impact Investment Advisory Group. She has had stints at UBS and the UK government. Her fellow co-CEO will become chief executive in January.<\/p>\n Becky Swanson has been appointed head of climate and sustainability strategic initiatives<\/a> at Oliver Wyman. This is her second stint at the consulting firm, which she left in 2022 to join the US Treasury\u2019s Federal Insurance Office.<\/p>\n Samantha Lamb has joined LGPS Central as head of fixed income<\/a> from GIB Asset Management, where she held the same position. Prior to that, Lamb spent more than a decade at Aberdeen Investments, leaving in 2021 as head of ESG fixed income. The local authority pension pool\u2019s total managed assets is expected to rise to around \u00a3100 billion following the recent addition of six partner funds.<\/p>\n Michael Gladczuk has been appointed chief technology advisor to the Global Principles for Sustainable Securities Lending\u2019s ABC Score.<\/a> The tool measures \u201ctransparency, accountability and sustainability amongst the organisations that engage in securities lending and securities finance\u201d.<\/p>\n Amanda Crawford has been promoted to climate and nature risk oversight manager<\/a> at NatWest, where she will be working across regulatory frameworks such as the International Sustainability Standards Board standards and European Sustainability Reporting Standards. Crawford joined the UK bank in 2022 and was most recently Climate Manager.<\/p>\n The Principles for Responsible Investment is seeking a senior specialist for its sovereign engagement programme<\/a> in Japan on a one-year contract basis. The role is Tokyo-based and focused on long-term government engagement to manage climate risk via sovereign debt holdings and other exposures.<\/p>\n The Science Based Targets initiative has named members of its 16-person independent Technical Council<\/a>. The appointments are in line with the climate body\u2019s new staggered renewal model \u2013 out of the current cohort, 10 have been reappointed for one- or two-year terms, and six new members have been appointed for an initial three-year term. Former vice chair Laura Draucker has been appointed chair, with Piers Forster serving as vice chair.<\/p>\n
