Conclusion of Audit Tender Process<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
BP p.l.c. (the ‘Company’) today announces that, following the
\nconclusion of a formal tender process for the role of statutory
\nauditor, the Board has confirmed the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP
\n(‘Deloitte’) as the Company’s statutory auditor with effect from
\nthe 2028 financial year onwards.\u00a0The re-appointment is subject
\nto shareholder approval at the 2027 Annual General
\nMeeting.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
In line with applicable legislation, the Company is required to
\ntender the statutory audit every 10 years and rotate every 20
\nyears. The Company initially appointed Deloitte as the statutory
\nauditor with effect from the 2018 financial year.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
Information on the audit tender process will be included in the
\nCompany’s 2026 Annual Report and Accounts.<\/p>\n
