The delisting comes after Flutter Entertainment announced the move on June 12, 2026.

Flutter Leaves the London Stock Exchange

The company’s shares have been removed from the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and are no longer traded on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities. The company’s shares now trade exclusively on the NYSE.

Flutter’s departure adds to the challenges facing the London Stock Exchange, which has come under increasing scrutiny as companies opt for listings on overseas exchanges or exit the market through acquisitions.

A number of companies have either shifted their primary listings away from London, agreed to takeovers by US-based investors, or chosen alternative exchanges for their initial public offerings. Swedish buy-now-pay-later company Klarna, for instance, selected the NYSE for its market debut in 2024.

Flutter said it believed the delisting was in the best interests of shareholders. The process was completed following Flutter’s final full day of trading on the LSE on July 31, 2026. On that day, the company’s shares closed at GBP 75.88 ($102.44), down from an opening price of GBP 81.38 ($109.86) the previous week.

While it is leaving the LSE, there is no indication that Flutter plans to scale back its operations in the UK and Ireland. The group continues to operate several leading brands across the region, including Paddy Power, Sky Betting & Gaming, Betfair, and more. The UK and Ireland division remains one of Flutter’s largest business segments by revenue.

Flutter to Focus on US Expansion

Flutter’s LSE delisting comes just over two years after Flutter first established a presence on the NYSE. The company’s transition to the NYSE began in January 2024, when it announced plans to pursue a primary listing in New York. Four months later, it transferred its primary listing from Dublin to New York while maintaining a secondary listing in London.

At the time, Flutter said a US listing would broaden its access to investors across North America and better reflect the growing significance of its US operations, led primarily by FanDuel. It was acquired by Flutter back in 2018 and has continued to expand rapidly over the past two years, making a solid cornerstone for Flutter’s expansion in North America.

While delisting from the LSE brings many unknowns for both customers and investors, company officials, including CEO Jeremy Peter Jackson, remained confident in Flutter’s further growth.

Flutter Entertainment has officially ended its listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), with its shares now trading…

[21266
633,29703,6225,9581,11151
post-96644","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-london-stock-exchange-group","tag-business","tag-flutter-entertainment","tag-listing","tag-london-stock-exchange-group","tag-lseg
["GET
