Hi-View British Columbia

Hi-View Resources (CSE:GXLD) is raising C$1.5 million ($1.52 million) through a non-brokered private placement to cover expenses related to critical mineral exploration in British Columbia, Canada.

The company will issue a minimum of 3.75 million premium flow-through units at C$0.40 each.

Each flow-through unit will comprise one share and one-half of a transferable purchase warrant.

The holder will be entitled to purchase one additional non-flow-through share at C$0.42 each over a 24-month period for each warrant held.

The placement is expected to close on or around 3 September 2026, with all securities issued to undergo a statutory hold period of four months and one day.

Earlier this month, Hi-View further confirmed its hypothesis regarding a large hydrothermal system at the Borealis Project in Canada, as reported by Mining.com.au.

The company found the Borealis Project to host the same style of hydrothermal system that created porphyry complexes at Centerra Gold’s (TSX:CG) Kemess and Amarc’s (TSX-V:AHR) JOY projects.

Hi-View Resources is a mineral explorer focused on advancing gold, silver, and copper assets in the Toodoggone region of northern British Columbia.
