Two Edmonton eateries have earned spots on OpenTable’s list of Canada’s best locations for brunch.

Both Happy & Olive, near 96 Avenue and 142 Street, and Pip, at 83 Avenue and Calgary Trail, have been listed on OpenTable’s list of Canada’s Top 100 Brunch and Lunch Restaurants for 2026, OpenTable announced in a Tuesday news release.

On their website, Pip is described as “a bright, airy restaurant in the heart of Old Strathcona, serving brunch, dinner and wine seven days a week,” while Happy  & Olive’s site says the restaurant aims to “build a community gathering place and serve tasty food properly prepared from locally sourced ingredients.”

OpenTable’s annual list highlights “the dining destinations Canadians consistently rate highly for mid-day dining,” according to their website.

It’s compiled by comparing diner reviews, ratings, and reservation demands, and seated diners from online reservations from all active restaurants on the OpenTable platform, with the same corresponding data from May of 2024.
