For 35 years I’ve asked City Hall the questions residents can’t get answered: where did the money go, and who decided? Too often the answer was silence. Under Imagine Surrey, every major project gets a public scorecard on budget, timeline, and contractor performance, a lobbyist registry shows who’s meeting whom, and the mayor gives a weekly public safety briefing. You’ll be able to see what’s happening. I’ll make sure of it.
