Student discovered passion through classroom experience
Dudley said he first became interested in office software applications after enrolling in a course encouraged by his parents.
“I got into this skill because my parents told me to take a class because they thought it was about typing, and it ended up being about office software applications,” Dudley said in a social media post shared by Skills Canada Saskatchewan. “I got to love learning how to actually use these programs instead of just making stuff up.”
He also credited Renee Harrison for helping prepare him for the national competition.
“I would like to thank Renee Harrison because she is the one preparing me for Nationals,” Dudley said.
