One student was striking the other, while on top of him. Then the video cuts to multiple people outside in a parking lot, when one pulls out what looks like a gun, pointing it at another person.<\/p>\n<p>Police confirmed to Now Toronto that the incident happened at <a href=\"https:\/\/ascen.dpcdsb.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Ascension of Our Lord Secondary School<\/a> near Anaka Drive and Brandon Gate Drive in Mississauga. The student had pulled out a BB gun and pointed it at the other student following the fight.<\/p>\n<p>One person has since been arrested but police said they would not be releasing further details due to the suspect being a minor.<\/p>\n<p>Now Toronto reached out to Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board for comment but did not receive a response by publication.<\/p>\n<p>Online reaction<\/p>\n<p>The video garnered thousands of views across multiple social media platforms, with many people saying the people involved should be facing consequences.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cExpelled and jailed for the one in red, suspension for the other,\u201d one X (formerly Twitter) user commented.<\/p>\n<p>Another X user agreed, specifying what charge the student should get.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHow about jail for weapon charges?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Some said the principal of the school should take responsibility but others disagreed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShame on these students for their behaviour.
