The Terms of Reference were developed in consultation with the Nova Scotia Department of Energy, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan), and the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Energy Regulator (CNSOER), and with input received from Indigenous Peoples and the public. The Terms of Reference outlines the goals, objectives, scope and intended outcomes of the assessment.
