Tracey, 33, allegedly recorded herself confronting a group of four girls on the Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk when she became violent on July 3, according to court documents <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nj.com\/ocean\/2026\/07\/woman-assaulted-teen-wearing-trump-clothing-on-jersey-shore-boardwalk-authorities-say.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">obtained by NJ.com.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tracey took issue with two of the beachgoers \u2014 who are minors \u2014 wearing \u201cpatriotic colored\u201d sweatpants with the words \u201cTrump\u201d and \u201cICE\u201d before she struck one of them across the face and body, police alleged.<\/p>\n<p>Kaitlyn E. Tracey was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction. gravmasterhash\/Insta<\/p>\n<p>Video surveillance captured Tracey\u2019s alleged assault before she left the scene but was identified by police who obtained an arrest warrant for her, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n<p>She was arrested on Monday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault, harassment and obstruction, according to court records viewed by The Post.<\/p>\n<p>The teen Tracey allegedly slapped was not injured.<\/p>\n<p>Tracey had been living in Asbury Park with her husband after she entered the US with a passport in 2024, according to the outlet. <\/p>\n<p>Matthew Geroni, who identified himself as Tracey\u2019s husband, claimed his wife was detained by ICE and brought to the Delaney Hall immigration detention center in Newark on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYesterday, July 13, my wife was detained by ICE and brought to Delaney Hall in Newark, NJ,\u201d Geroni said in a plea to media on TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>Tracey had been living in Asbury Park with her husband after she entered the US with a passport in 2024. Jeff Conklin \u2013 jeffconklin.com<\/p>\n<p>Geroni, an American citizen, married Tracey \u201ca little over three years ago\u201d and has been sharing snippets of his wife\u2019s story with his 140,000 followers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy main goal is the safety and well-being of my wife, and that is about it,\u201d he said, even if she was deported back to Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Geroni didn\u2019t mention Tracey\u2019s alleged assault of a teen girl that led to her arrest during his public plea, instead claiming the entire situation was being taken out of context.<\/p>\n<p>He created a GoFundMe page for his wife\u2019s legal expenses but was forced to take it down a short time later after a \u201cFacebook group of MAGA supporters\u201d mass-reported it, he said.<\/p>\n<p>Geroni, an American citizen, married Tracey \u201ca little over three years ago\u201d and has been sharing snippets of his wife\u2019s story with his 140,000 followers.
