Joseph Cullen has also resigned as a director to pursue other opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Connacher previously worked at Difference Capital Financial before becoming head of business development at Wek Corp, where he was involved in raising capital across private and public markets.<\/p>\n<p>He is also co-founder and CEO of Freeport Recovery Group, which operates addiction treatment provider Twelve Mile Recovery. Golden Spike says Connacher has raised C$2 million ($2.04 million) for Freeport since its establishment in May 2025 and expanded the organisation to two accredited treatment campuses in Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy immediate priority is to evaluate Golden Spike\u2019s current asset portfolio, work closely with our team and stakeholders, and identify strategic opportunities that can drive long-term growth and create value for shareholders,\u201d Connacher says.<\/p>\n<p>Anderson says Connacher brings leadership, entrepreneurial experience, and a fresh perspective as Golden Spike advances its strategic priorities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mining.com.au\/company\/golden-spike-resources\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Golden Spik<\/a>e holds a 100% interest in the 5,175-hectare Gregory River Property in Newfoundland, <a href=\"https:\/\/mining.com.au\/how-to-invest-in-canadian-mining-stocks-from-australia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Canada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The property covers about 11km of the Gregory River volcanogenic massive sulphide belt.
