It\u2019s all part of our broader effort to identify and catch bad actors, enforce the rules of sale, and permanently ban accounts that violate them,\u201d Mehta said.<\/p>\n<p>Since no fans received the scalped tickets, Mehta confirmed that anyone who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster is not affected, including those who bought resale tickets or plan to attend shows outside New York City.<\/p>\n<p>Fans interested in purchasing the canceled tickets at face value can request them from April 30 to May 1, with priority given to those who do not yet have tickets to the NYC shows.<\/p>\n<p>Mehta added that Styles\u2019 Together, Together residency at Madison Square Garden was a major target for scalpers.
