(the &#8220;Company&#8221;) reports the following corporate actions in continuation of and preparation for its proposed reverse takeover transaction (&#8220;Proposed RTO&#8221;) with Green Canada Corp.: 1) the Company has continued its corporate registration from Alberta to Ontario; 2) the Company has changed its name to Green Canada Uranium Corp.; 3) the Company has completed a 6.25 to 1 consolidation of its common shares; 4) the Company has completed a final closing of its private placement and its debt settlement transaction (along with an adjustment to a previous private placement) and has issued a net 4,815,186 common shares and settled all of its estimated net debt and liabilities at an average price\/valuation of $0.0177 per common share.<\/p>\n<p>Closing of the Proposed RTO is subject to completion and execution of a number of conditions as described in the Company&#8217;s TSX Venture Exchange Listing Application filed on SEDAR+ (<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/api.newsfilecorp.com\/redirect\/RY4pRtw4AB\" target=\"_blank\">www.sedarplus.ca<\/a>).
