That is what makes it truly representative of the deposit,” CEO Guy Bourassa says.

Exploration at Crater Lake has now moved into the resource extension drilling phase, comprising 36 holes totalling approximately 4,000m.

The program aims to extend the TG zone’s current strike length by at least 200m, while delineating additional resources within the existing footprint.

“The real excitement starts now. With a minimum of 100 metres of extension on each side of a zone that currently runs approximately 700 metres, we have the potential to grow the TG zone resource by 20–25%,” Bourassa adds.

The company also plans to test targets towards the Discovery Area, located southwest of TG, which it says could ultimately extend the mineralised system to approximately 1.5km.

Scandium Canada is a critical minerals company developing North America’s only primary scandium source through its Crater Lake Project in Québec, Canada.

Write to Jackson Chen at Mining.com.au

Images: Scandium Canada

Add to Watch List:FeScandium CanadaMerNTScandium

Scandium Canada (TSX-V:SCD) has completed bulk sample drilling at the TG zone of its Crater Lake Project in…

[2
17,2835,33842,241
post-163467","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-canada","tag-canada","tag-exploration","tag-mineral-resource-estimate","tag-quebec
["GET
