Semifinalists will be notified at the end of May, and there will be a live pitch event with eight finalists on June 11 in Toronto, featuring a yacht cruise on Lake Ontario.<\/p>\n Conceived by serial entrepreneur and Verifast<\/a> CEO Tim Ray, Founder Ball arrives at a pivotal moment for the Canadian startup ecosystem.
