Craig Stothard is charged with two charges of second-degree murder in the shootings of Levon Fox, 39, and Wesley Davidson, 46.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">A preliminary inquiry into the case began last week.
