Chief negotiator Janice Charette participated remotely from Washington.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both meetings were virtual and closed to media.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preview:<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In various media clips ahead of these meetings, LeBlanc said he\u2019s \u201cconfident\u201d.
