The Montreal Canadiens continue to add to their roster ahead of camp.<\/p>\n

In this case, we’re talking about the Canadiens’ rookie camp, which is quickly approaching.<\/p>\n

This time, Kent Hughes has added Mavrick Rousseau-Hamel, nicknamed “the Rat,” to the Canadiens’ rookie camp roster.<\/p>\n

The 20-year-old Quebec Remparts forward stands 5-foot-10 and has never been drafted into the NHL.<\/p>\n

His nickname says plenty about his style of play.<\/p>\n

Last season, he recorded 27 points, along with 113 penalty minutes in 56 games.<\/p>\n

A true agitator, the type of player who gets under opponents’ skin and knocks them off their game.<\/p>\n

He’s the second QMJHL player invited in quick succession.<\/p>\n
