But Mr. Carney said the U.S. tried to change the deal, so he broke off the talks and recalled Canadian negotiators on Friday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">In addition to trade matters, Mr. Greer said, the deal had been set to include national security, critical minerals and aerospace coordination provisions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">With the new tariffs imposed, The Globe wants to know how people are feeling about it and what your questions might be.
