A $10,000 lottery prize is waiting to be claimed, but the clock is ticking for whoever holds the winning ticket.<\/p>\n

Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG) says there are just two weeks left to claim the $10,000 Encore prize from the Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025 Lotto 6\/49 draw.<\/p>\n

The winning ticket was sold in Brampton and carries the Encore selection 6 \u2013 0 \u2013 7 \u2013 8 \u2013 8 \u2013 1 \u2013 2.<\/p>\n

To win the $10,000 prize, players had to match the first six of the seven Encore numbers in the exact order.<\/p>\n

The winner has one year from the draw date to claim the prize, meaning the deadline is fast approaching.<\/p>\n

OLG is currently reporting 21 unclaimed lottery prizes across Ontario, including the Brampton Encore ticket.<\/p>\n

Anyone who believes they purchased the winning ticket \u2014 or may have misplaced it \u2014 should contact OLG Customer Care at 1-800-387-0098. Players should be prepared to provide details about where and when the ticket was purchased as part of OLG\u2019s prize verification process.<\/p>\n

OLG offers several ways for players to check their tickets, including scanning them with the OLG App, checking winning numbers on OLG.ca, calling the OLG WIN! Line at 1-866-891-8946, or visiting a lottery retailer and using a self-serve ticket checker.<\/p>\n

OLG also recommends that players sign their tickets immediately after purchasing them and keep them in a safe place until after the draw.<\/p>\n
