BRAMPTON, Ontario, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Primont officially announces the launch of Primont Rental Living, a new purpose-built rental division dedicated to delivering high-quality rental communities and expanding housing choice across the Greater Toronto Area.<\/p>\n
Building on Primont\u2019s extensive experience developing communities across the GTA, Primont Rental Living will focus on well-designed rental communities that give residents more choice and flexibility, including more attainable rental options and family-sized suites.<\/p>\n
The division\u2019s first community will be located at Mississauga Road and Sandalwood Parkway in Brampton. Today, Primont officially broke ground alongside Brampton Mayor Patrick Brown on the new 298-suite, 14-storey purpose-built rental community, with construction scheduled to begin this year.<\/p>\n
The community will offer a range of suite types, including many three-bedroom residences designed to give families more space and flexibility.
