Ahead of a looming trade war that Trump has provoked between the U.S. and its northern neighbor, the president claimed his controversial tariff policy has \u201csaved\u201d the American auto industry.<\/p>\n

Then he declared: \u201cI don\u2019t want Canadian cars, I don\u2019t want Canadian parts, I don\u2019t want Canadian anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

The president continued: \u201cThey\u2019ve been ripping us off for decades, and it\u2019s going to stop. This should have happened long ago with other Presidents, just as stopping Iran should have happened long ago. They want to be treated like a State, but they aren\u2019t one. I deal with the Leadership of many Countries, but I find Canada to be the worst. They are entitled no longer!\u201d<\/p>\n

In another post<\/a>, Trump urged Canadian companies that do business in the U.S. to relocate to America, writing: \u201cLet all Canadian Companies that are doing business with America move to the United States, immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMany of them are Companies that moved out years ago due to stupid U.S. Leadership. When you move back, there are no TARIFFS!\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Later, Trump returned to the subject in a further rant.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor many years, the USA has been losing more than 60 Billion Dollars a year with Canada. Why???\u201d he wrote<\/a>. \u201cOur long ago stolen businesses are now coming back to America in order to avoid paying tariffs. They are lining up, just like the rest of the World!!!\u201d<\/p>\n

Trump declared additional tariffs of 50% on $28 billion of Canadian goods last week.
