The two countries held a new \u201cdefence co-ordination dialogue\u201d in Ottawa on Sept. 4, according to a statement issued by China\u2019s Ministry of National Defence. <\/p>\n The details: Beijing was the only side to announce this new milestone in thawing relations between Canada and China.
