{"id":2256,"date":"2026-04-13T05:36:10","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T05:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/canada\/2256\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T05:36:10","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T05:36:10","slug":"art-loan-collection-available-to-see-online","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/canada\/2256\/","title":{"rendered":"Art loan collection available to see online"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">More than 300 pieces of modern art have been made available online for the first time.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The artworks, which from part of the Isle of Man Arts Council&#8217;s Modern and Contemporary Art Loan Collection, can be viewed via a digital portal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">As well as featuring pieces by Dame Tracey Emin, David Hockney, Pablo Picasso and Martin Parr, the collection showcases several renowned Manx artists like Michael Sandle and Bryan Kneale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The online archive also features an interactive map showing where the artworks are currently on display.<\/p>\n<p><img alt=\"The artworks shown in the online portal on a mobile phone.
