Kingston Police have released the above images as well as some details on an armed home invasion as they attempt to identify the suspects involved in that crime.<\/p>\n

The three individuals pictured above are in addition to another suspect who has already been apprehended, police said in a press release on Monday, Apr. 27, 2026.<\/p>\n

According to the release, police were called to a residence in the area of John Counter Boulevard and Montreal Street at approximately 1:25 a.m. on Wednesday, Apr. 15, 2026. The caller, who lives in the residence, reported a \u201cweapons related offence\u201d at the address, Kingston Police said.<\/p>\n

The subsequent investigation found that the victim had been asleep at the residence when \u201cmasked suspects entered the bedroom brandishing weapons,\u201d police detailed.<\/p>\n

\u201cA brief altercation ensued in which the victim was able to flee the residence and call police. The victim did not sustain any injuries,\u201d Kingston Police stated.<\/p>\n

The following day, officers arrested a 54-year-old at a residence in Kingston in relation to the incident, which police referred to in the release as a \u201crobbery,\u201d indicating that the suspect(s) stole items from the victim\/residence while brandishing weapons. Kingstonist has inquired as to whereabouts in the city the suspect was arrested.<\/p>\n

According to police, the arrested individual was charged with:<\/p>\n

Harassment by threatening conductPossession of a weaponAssault with a weaponMischiefPointing a firearmRobbery<\/p>\n

The accused suspect was transported to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing, but the result of that hearing was not disclosed by police. Kingstonist has inquired as to whether that suspect remains in custody.<\/p>\n

\u201cInvestigators are attempting to identify three additional suspects involved in this incident,\u201d Kingston Police said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is believed this is an isolated incident and no risk to public safety exists.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nonetheless, police are advising the public not to approach the three individuals pictured above, and to call 911 if they see any\/all of them.<\/p>\n

After connecting with Kingston Police with the inquiries outlined above, the local police said they would not be able to answer any of those questions.<\/p>\n
