I\u2019m not even factoring that in.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">The building was gutted and refurbished as a fourplex in 2019. A three-car garage was later converted into a one-bedroom garden suite on the 23- by 120-foot corner lot. All five units currently have tenants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">\u201cIt was above average in terms of quality, which helps because you can rent it faster,\u201d Mr. Kiabi said. <\/p>\n<p>What they got<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">The garden suite and four units in the main building all have a kitchen and open-concept living and dining areas, in addition to laundry machines and at least one bathroom. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-article-body__text text-pr-5\">There are two one-bedroom units on the first level of the main house. The second floor has a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms.
