He participated in the 2026 CFL Combine and Dream Bowl all-star game in Texas during the offseason.<\/p>\n<p>According to 3DownNation <a href=\"https:\/\/3downnation.com\/2026\/04\/21\/2026-cfl-draft-position-rankings-offensive-linemen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Canadian Draft analyst J.C. Abbott<\/a>, Olaniran was a rugged tone-setter and effective puller able to square up defenders on the move with Manitoba. That skillset earned him a call-up from the Invitational Combine, but even if you\u2019re willing to throw out all the measurables, the Winnipeg native\u2019s frame does not give him tackle value in the CFL.<\/p>\n<p>The Argonauts selected Queen\u2019s offensive lineman Niklas Henning with the team\u2019s first-round pick in the 2026 CFL Draft. The team\u2019s other major offseason additions include offensive lineman Dakoda Shepley, strong-side linebacker Adarius Pickett, and defensive back DaShaun Amos.<\/p>\n<p>All CFL training camps are scheduled to open on Sunday, May 10. Toronto plays its first preseason game against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday, May 23, then first regular-season game against the Montreal Alouettes on Friday, June 12.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, the Aegos finished third in the East Division standings with a 5-13 record, missing the playoffs for the first time since 2019.
