Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette transaction, qui a eu lieu dans le cadre d&#8217;un apport en nature, le portefeuille s&#8217;accro\u00eet de 49,3 millions de CHF pour atteindre environ 254 millions de CHF.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;immeuble r\u00e9sidentiel et commercial se trouve directement sur la \u00abPlace de Chauderon\u00bb, au centre du quartier lausannois \u00abMaupas-Valency\u00bb. Selon les informations fournies, l&#8217;immeuble a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Les 45 appartements disposent de 1,5 \u00e0 6,5 pi\u00e8ces. En outre, l&#8217;immeuble comprend onze surfaces de bureaux et de vente, un restaurant et 17 places de parking. Selon Pure, le revenu locatif th\u00e9orique s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1,6 million de CHF, dont les deux tiers sont des logements.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le pr\u00e9cise Pure Funds, le prix d&#8217;achat du bien immobilier a \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9 en parts de fonds \u00e0 hauteur d&#8217;environ 80%. \u00abAinsi, le cercle des investisseurs a pu s&#8217;\u00e9largir \u00e0 un investisseur orient\u00e9 sur le long terme, qui est tr\u00e8s convaincu par le fonds et s&#8217;est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 conserver ses parts \u00e0 long terme\u00bb, \u00e9crit la direction du fonds.
