W\u00e4hrend wir noch warten, ob und was Sony Music zum 50er von Pink Floyds Animals Album macht, k\u00fcndigte Roxy Music zum 50. Jubil\u00e4um von For Your Pleasure Special Editionen an. Am 6. November 2026 erscheint das Album als 3CD\/DVD Super Deluxe Box Set, 2LP Vinyl und 2CD Deluxe Edition.<\/p>\n

Die Super Deluxe Edition \u201eFor Your Pleasure\u201c enth\u00e4lt zwanzig Songwriting-Skizzen, die Bryan Ferry zu Hause aufgenommen hatte und die mehr als f\u00fcnfzig Jahre lang au\u00dferhalb des engsten Kreises der Band unbekannt blieben, Bandproben und Studio-Outtakes, Live-Sessions, Singles und Instrumentalst\u00fccke sowie 14 Live-Auftritte aus dem BBC-Fernsehen und dem deutschen und schweizerischen Fernsehen. Das ganze auf drei CDs, eine DVD und ein 116-seitiges Buch.<\/p>\n

Alle Pakete enthalten einen Essay und bisher unver\u00f6ffentlichte Fotos, wobei das Super-Deluxe-Buch als ultimatives Kompendium zum Album gilt. Es umfasst einen 7.000 W\u00f6rter umfassenden Essay von Damien Love \u00fcber die Entstehung des Albums (basierend auf neuen Interviews mit Bandmitgliedern, Produzenten und dem Team hinter dem Artwork), einen 2.500 W\u00f6rter umfassenden Essay von Michael Bracewell \u00fcber die Bedeutung des Albums sowie einen Essay von Nick de Ville \u00fcber die visuelle Welt von Roxy. Au\u00dferdem enth\u00e4lt es zahlreiche seltene und unver\u00f6ffentlichte Fotos, originale Marketingmaterialien (einschlie\u00dflich Pressematerialien des urspr\u00fcnglichen Roxy-Pressesprechers Simon Puxley), Songtexte und Notizen von Bryan Ferry zu den noch in Arbeit befindlichen Texten, Band-Scans, Tourdaten sowie eine Album-Chronologie.<\/p>\n
