En comparaison annuelle, les cantons des Grisons (+7,7%), de Glaris (+6,4%) et du Valais (+6,2%) ont enregistr\u00e9 les plus fortes augmentations des loyers, aucun canton n&rsquo;affichant de recul sur un an.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-1-base\">Les baisses des loyers propos\u00e9s sont \u00e9galement particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9pandues dans les villes analys\u00e9es. Seule Zurich (+0,5%) a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse en janvier, toutes les autres villes affichant des valeurs stables ou en baisse.
