Ces documents montrent toutefois que les CFF ont mis \u00e0 profit leur marge de manoeuvre en faveur de Siemens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-1-base\">Le contrat porte sur la livraison de 116 rames \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages d&rsquo;ici 2031 pour le r\u00e9seau de trains r\u00e9gionaux zurichois notamment, avec une option pour 84 rames suppl\u00e9mentaires, pour 2,1 milliards de francs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph-1-base after:text-primary after:heading-2-xl after:relative after:top-[2px] after:pl-1 after:!leading-[18px] after:text-primary-300 after:content-[&quot;\u00bb&quot;] dark:after:text-primary-300\">Fin novembre dernier, Stadler d\u00e9posait un recours aupr\u00e8s du TAF, soutenant que la diff\u00e9rence de prix de son offre par rapport \u00e0 celle retenue n&rsquo;est que de 0,6%.
