Nestlé Toll House has come a long way since Ruth Wakefield created the original Toll House chocolate chip cookie in the 1930s. For decades, just about everything the brand did centered around that one iconic recipe. But over the past few years, the brand has been steadily expanding its seasonal lineup, to the point where it’s starting to look just as full and festive as Pillsbury’s.
At first, it was just the charming Santa’s Cookie Dough at Christmas and a cutesy Valentine’s Day Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in February—but things have picked up fast. In the past year alone, we’ve gotten Halloween-themed Trick-or-Treats Cookie Dough, Peppermint Cocoa Cookie Dough for the holidays, a Red, White & Blue Sugar Cookie Dough for the Fourth of July, and even a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough With Soccer Ball Morsels during the World Cup.
Now, with fall just around the corner, Nestlé Toll House has even more seasonal cookie doughs headed our way, and it might be its strongest lineup yet.
Nestlé Toll House Launches 4 New Fall Cookie Doughs
This fall, Nestlé Toll House is rolling out four seasonal cookie doughs, each inspired by a different element of the season. Alongside those launches, a couple of fan favorites are also making a return, bringing the total fall count to six cookie doughs.

First up are the Summerween releases for everyone who’s already counting down to Halloween. Nestlé Toll House is introducing a brand-new Scooby-Doo Cookie Dough, which gives its classic Sugar Cookie Dough a nostalgic twist with colorful Scooby-themed sprinkles. The brand is also bringing back its fan-favorite Trick-or-Treats Cookie Dough, made with chocolate cookie dough, butterscotch-flavored morsels, and festive Halloween sprinkles.
Then come the cookie doughs that fully embrace cozy season. Nestlé Toll House is introducing a new Fall Cinnamon Cookie Dough featuring cinnamon cookie dough topped with cinnamon flakes and festive sprinkles. And since it wouldn’t really be fall without pumpkin spice, the Pumpkin Spice Cookie Dough is making its return, bringing back its pumpkin spice dough loaded with Premier White Morsels.
The brand is also giving football season its own cookie dough. After last year’s Milk Chocolatey Flavored Football Morsels were such a hit, Nestlé Toll House is turning them into a full cookie this time around. The new Football Cookie Dough combines sugar cookie dough with the milk chocolatey football-shaped morsels for a fun take on a classic chocolate chip cookie.
Finally, Nestlé Toll House is introducing a special-edition cookie dough inspired by Nestlé Abuelita, the beloved Mexican hot chocolate. The new dough blends rich chocolate cookie dough with warm cinnamon flavors for a comforting cookie that feels right at home alongside the rest of the fall lineup.
The Summerween cookie doughs are available now, while the rest of the fall collection will begin arriving at retailers later this month. The Abuelita Cookie Dough will hit Target stores exclusively in August. Each variety comes in a 14-ounce package and will retail for around $4.99.
Nestlé Toll House may have started with one iconic chocolate chip cookie dough, but it’s clearly having a lot of fun with seasonal releases these days. And personally, we’re prepared to try every last one.
