Geneva traffic stop turns into felony arrest after police find loaded gun, drugs, other people’s credit cards in the car

GENEVA, N.Y. — A traffic stop in Geneva led to a felony weapons arrest over the weekend.

Officers say they pulled over a man on Sunday, and found a loaded handgun with a high-capacity magazine, cash, credit cards belonging to other people and a controlled substance in his car.

Nasir Carr is charged with criminal possession of a weapon and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released without bail and is due back in Geneva City Court at a later date.
