At Wankdorf, YB and Lucerne played a wild game with countless scoring chances. Bern’s goal-scorer Samuel Essende and Lucerne’s outside back Andrejs Ciganiks each scored twice by the 52nd minute. A penalty kick by Matteo Di Giusto gave the visitors a 3–2 lead in the 65th minute. Kaly Sène secured a point for YB in the 88th minute.

FC Vaduz secured its second win of the season with a 3-1 victory over Lausanne-Sport. Milos Cocic and Juan Cabrera scored in the first quarter-hour of the second half following counterattacks and defensive errors by Lausanne, turning a 1-1 tie into a 3-1 win. The 20-year-old Lutfi Dalipi scored the 1-0 for the Liechtensteiners and assisted on the other two goals.

The 295th Zurich derby between GC and FCZ ended in a 2-2 draw. Bujar Pllana scored in the 96th minute off the final free kick of the game to tie the score at 2–2 for the Grasshoppers. Earlier, FC Zurich had taken the lead twice through Kevin Spadanuda and Umeh Emmanuel.
