UBS has been told by Swiss lawmakers to scale back its lobbying efforts and reduce chief executive Sergio Ermotti’s profile in its dispute over proposed capital reforms, the FT reported.
The country’s largest bank has clashed with ministers for almost two years over proposals that could require it to hold up to $26bn in additional capital.
