NEW BERN, N.C. (WITN) – There’s no need to head to the French Quarter this Fat Tuesday, as the New Bern Mardi Gras parade and celebration is back for the 11th year.
It all kicks off Saturday, February 14, at 10:30 a.m. in downtown New Bern with the parade, followed by the block party on Middle and Pollock Street.
Attendees can enjoy live music by No Quarter Brass Band and Los Sabrosos del Son.
Art and craft vendors, food trucks, a family-friendly KidsZone, local vendors, and interactive activities for everyone will also be available throughout downtown.
