The Buffalo Bills aren’t the Baltimore Ravens‘ rivals per se, but as years pass, it feels like something unhealthy is there. As they continue to meet in important games, the venom will only increase. Baltimore and Buffalo are two contending teams in the same conference. They are led by two of the NFL’s best at the quarterback position. Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen seem to genuinely like each other, but neither will show the other mercy when they meet again this coming season.
The last time we saw Allen, he led Buffalo to 30 points against the Denver Broncos, but they lost anyway. Everything begins anew. Wouldn’t you know it? Baltimore will again visit upstate New York for another clash between these proud franchises.
Both teams have added a pass rusher from a rival. Baltimore raided the Cincinnati Bengals’ cupboard to acquire Trey Hendrickson. Buffalo steals Bradley Chubb from the Miami Dolphins. Both sides hope the new guys help pressure opposing quarterbacks.
Ravens vs. Bills always delivers the goods. We didn’t need any new reasons to circle another clash on next year’s calendar, but it never hurts. We’re months away from another meeting, but Baltimore and Buffalo never make us hit the snooze button, and the buildup will provide another adrenaline rush.
