UBS hikes bonuses 10% as top staff payouts hit $1.4m

UBS hiked bonuses by 10% last year after a bumper year for the Swiss bank, but payouts for its senior bankers remained relatively flat.
The Swiss bank’s bonus pool jumped 10% to $5.1bn in 2025, according to newly-released numbers, which it said was down to improved performance.
