When it comes to accessories, a great watch is something worth investing in as you can wear it time and time again. If you’re in the market for a new timepiece but happen to be on a tight budget, we’ve spotted a great deal on one thanks to Debenhams’ spring sale.
The GV2 Naples Diamond-Set Luxury Swiss Quartz Watch usually comes with a hefty price tag of £2895 on the Debenhams site, but now it’s been slashed by a huge 94%. That means you can get your hands on it for £180, saving yourself more than £2700.

Although it’s obviously a great deal, the watch itself is also a worthwhile addition to your accessories collection. It has a Swiss quartz precision movement which keeps it ticking on time, and has a two-tone gold and steel metal strap that fastens with a deployment bracelet clasp.
The GV2 Naples Diamond-Set Luxury Swiss Quartz Watch has geometric hardware that was inspired by the city of Naples (hence its name) and features a mother of pearl dial which is inlaid with 11 single cut diamonds around it. They’re placed in a gold setting, with a textured pattern around the bezel and a push-pull crown and magnified date.

It’s available in rose gold, silver or gold, and has anti-reflective sapphire and is water resistant up to 50 meters. The bracelet strap of the GV2 Naples Watch is also adjustable, and you can remove links to get it to fit the perfect size for your wrist.
The Debenhams discount is undeniable, but there are similar styles available elsewhere which are around the same price point as the GV2 Watch . At Abbott Lyon, the Mini Two Tone Pearl Link Belgravia 30 Watch is currently £104.30 down from £149, and comes in four different colours with a mother of pearl-style face.
Another great saving is the Citizen Eco-Drive Bracelet Watch which is £149 now down from £279, which also has a mother of pearl face, and crystals around the face rather than diamonds. Meanwhile at Swarovski, the Cosmopolitan Swiss Made Watch is £220 and features Swarovski’s signature glittering pave diamonds around the dial.

However, the GV2 Naples Watch has been praised by Debenhams shoppers, saying; “Such a beautiful watch and a really good price and deal.”
Another wrote: “Good and beautiful watch nice for value I recommend.” Meanwhile a third said: “Bought this for my niece as a birthday present. She absolutely loves it. Worth the money.”
One who was less impressed says: “It looks OK, not worth for the price you pay. I bought it, but not wearing it everyday. It doesn’t have a wow factor.”
However another raved: “Absolutely love this watch, the quality is exquisite and I have had several people thinking it is a Rolex. It truly is a beautiful piece and at such incredible price. Yes, I recommend this, swiss watches are the best.”
