Botica, who joins on March 30, is a former AIA executive with expertise in life and health insurance. She served as chief partnership distribution and marketing officer, chief customer and digital officer, acting chief executive officer, and chief customer officer during her stint of more than seven years at AIA. Prior to that, she took on senior roles at Sovereign.
